We were founded in Canada in 2018 and went live in market in January of 2021. Since that time, we have become the market dominant software provider for financial advice delivery in that market. We are seeking an Advisor Solutions Consultant - US to join our dynamic team!

As Conquest expands rapidly in the U.S. market, we are seeking an Advisor Solutions Consultant who excels in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a trusted product and financial planning resource for advisors using Conquest's platform. By combining deep product expertise with practical financial planning knowledge, the Advisor Solutions Consultant helps advisors maximize the value of Conquest's technology while contributing to product adoption, user education, continuous platform improvement, and business growth across the evolving U.S. advisory market. Additional responsibilities may include creating and maintaining knowledge base content, developing training materials, delivering interactive training, and supporting functional business testing.

This is a remote / work from home opportunity.

Duties of the role include:

Product Support:

  • Deliver expert-level support by helping users navigate Conquest's financial planning platform and effectively apply SAM (Strategic Advice Manager) within goal-based planning scenarios.
  • Ensure users understand how to leverage SAM's AI-driven recommendations and digital co-planning capabilities.
  • Stay current on platform enhancements, financial planning trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Analyze user feedback and support trends to identify recurring issues, product gaps, and enhancement opportunities, collaborating with Product teams to improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the support experience.

Training:

  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, webinars, and video-based learning content that drive adoption of Conquest's platform.
  • Tailor content to diverse advisor audiences and support inclusive learning experiences.
  • Remain current on emerging training methodologies, adoption techniques, and learning technologies.
  • Contributes to the development of effective and inclusive learning experiences.

Functional Business Testing:

  • Verify that new features and enhancements meet user expectations and satisfy documented business requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, validating outputs against expected business outcomes and executing tests that simulate real-world advisor scenarios.
  • Document test results, reproduce defects, and collaborate with Product teams to validate resolutions.
  • Report defects that impact product and feature functionality.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality support resources that reflect current platform capabilities and user needs, including knowledge base articles, instructional videos, and in-app guidance.

Projects:

  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, including product testing, user experience improvements, and strategic planning efforts.

Work Hours & Availability:

  • Team coverage is provided Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET.
  • Work schedules will be established within these hours based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • CFP, ChFC, FPQP, or equivalent financial planning designation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and client scenarios.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technology aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a financial planner or paraplanner.
  • Hands-on experience with fintech tools such as financial planning platforms or CRM solutions.
  • Spanish proficiency both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and user adoption strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management or business analysis.
