We do not price on access (i.e. per license or seat). We price by plan to align to the value of plans delivered, making continuous financial guidance economically scalable. You can buy a seat license for other tools, but if no one logs in then you have shelfware. Our price by plan methodology is aligned to outcomes and the growth of your firm.
A seat is one named user with login access to Conquest. Administrators, advisors, and support staff each count as a seat. Our pricing is not based on seats, but instead on what you actually use: Plan counts.
You can upgrade at any time — the cost difference is prorated for the remainder of your term. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal date.
